This week, NZSSDA had the pleasure of visiting the Hamilton plant of one of our valued members, Industrial Tube Manufacturing. A big thank you to the team for hosting us and providing an inside look at their operations and product innovation — especially their Hygienic Tube™ range.

We’re grateful to Werner Petrick, General Manager, for sharing the story of the business — from its foundations to future direction — and to Hilary West-Reeve from Phoenix Recycling Group for her insightful presentation on the circularity of stainless steel and the evolving landscape of recycling.

It was fantastic to connect with members from across the country, exchange knowledge, and see firsthand how stainless steel continues to drive quality and sustainability in New Zealand manufacturing.
