Beca Airports provides a comprehensive airports service that includes planning, design, project management, operational implementation and asset management services for all aspects of an airport including airside and landside infrastructure, terminals and associated facilities. We work with the airport and its stakeholders to understand the key interfaces where each project links with the airport business operations, the public, commercial activities in the precinct and other projects working concurrently.
Our approach would typically be to initially prepare a methodology report, programme and cost estimate before embarking upon any survey, investigation, design and contract documentation preparation. We assess the risks and constraints involved, the potential disruption to day to day business and take advantage of opportunities to maximise project outcomes.
The Beca Airports team specialises in the delivery of airport infrastructure projects and has access to the full multi-disciplinary design, cost and project management resources available within Beca. Our team of more than 50 dedicated personnel has extensive experience in planning and managing airfield upgrading projects including runway and taxi way resurfacing works, where we have demonstrated our skill in providing appropriate contract delivery and technical design solutions. By working closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the project we can assist clients in achieving their business objectives.
